Ralph and the Business Coach
I was feeling depressed when Ralph found me. Ralph is my outdoor friend. I’m not sure what animal he is because I only see his eyes, but he comes and talks to me some times.
“Why are you looking so droopy today?” he asked, slowly blinking his eyes.
I sighed. “The evil cat has been making fun of me for looking for a business coach.”
Recently, I had decided to start asking around for a business coach. I realized I needed a business coach after losing my steam about creating a business. I had wanted to get the word out about obedience classes being for humans, not dogs. I thought dogs would be beating down the door to drag their humans to obedience classes.
Ralph’s eyes studied me. “Why do you care what the cat thinks about you?”
My ears dropped lower. “What if the evil cat is right? What if I don’t have what it takes to own a business?”
“What makes you think the cat has it right?”
I thought about it. “Because I haven’t started it yet. Because I lost my steam. Wouldn’t I still have my steam if I had what it took to have a business?”
Ralph blinked slowly at me. (continued next time.)
